Hold the phone there now, we're not talking about that kind of flash. We've just been hearing rumours that Bradley Cooper may be suiting up to play The Flash in the Justice League movie, y'know, if the project even gets off the ground.

There have been plenty of people talking about DC Comics' answer to The Avengers being made into a movie, but we never seem to get any confirmation about it. Ryan Reynolds has said he's really not that bothered about playing The Green Lantern again, but that doesn't mean some other stars wouldn't get involved with the project, right?

wegotthiscovered.com reports that the bosses behind Justice League want to get some big names on board to give the film a chance, and the latest one being touted is Silver Linings Playbook star Bradley Cooper. The site quotes a 'source close to the production' as saying "They’re scared, they are starting to doubt the whole project. Man of Steel is looking to be a hit but they still have doubts about Justice League. That’s why they’re trying to bring in some big names to make sure this thing gets off the ground."

Y'see word on the street is that Warner Brothers is waiting to see how Man of Steel gets on at the Box Office before it gives Justice League the green light, so if Bradley was to slip on the red suit, it might just give them another push in the right direction. Bradley Cooper, comic book action hero in spandex? We already know what the ladies will say about that one, but what about the lads?
