Sistaaaaaaaaas!
The Sanderson Sisters consisting of Winifred, Sarah, and Mary are back once again.
Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy will be on our screens this Halloween for a 'Hocus Pocus' reunion special.
In honour of benefitting the New York Restoration Project, all three of the soul-draining sisters will be back for one spooktacular special. Entitled 'In Search of the Sanderson Sisters: A Hocus Pocus Hulaween Takeover', the special event will be hosted by Elvira, the one and only Mistress of the Dark.
Glenn Close, Billy Crystal, Jamie Lee Curtis, Todrick Hall, George Lopez, Jennifer Hudson, Martin Short, Meryl Streep, and Kenan Thompson, among other guests, will be making an appearance too.
Should you wish to tune into the virtual event, tickets will set you back $10. The 'Hocus Pocus' reunion kicks off on Friday, October 30 at witching hour, Irish time.
Here's a behind-the-scenes sneak peek that Bette Midler uploaded to her Instagram page, topped off by an awful wig situation.
Of course, this is just a brief reprieve ahead of the actual 'Hocus Pocus' sequel that is currently in the works for Disney+. The black candle will be lit once again, with the highly-anticipated comedy sequel expected to hit the streaming platform Halloween 2021 - although nothing has been set in stone.
'Hairspray' director Adam Shankman has been lined up to helm the project.
The honor I feel in moving these beloved legacies forward is more than I could have dreamt. I hope to please all the loyal fans. That's what I tried to do with Hairspray. Thats what my goal is here. Wish me luck! xo https://t.co/6JSnJUlJRr
