As we edge closer to October 21st, we're starting to see much more information about Battlefield 1 makes it way online.
By all accounts, the multiplayer beta of the game was a qualified success, but what of the single player campaign everyone's been talking about? Yesterday saw our first single player trialer for Battlefield 1 and, honestly, it looks really special. None of the voice actors sound familiar and iMDB only lists two people to the game, however there does seem to be a richly designed story at work with the likes of London, the Arabian desert and the trenches of the Somme playing a part in the campaign.
Right, that's enough filler. Here's the video.
As we said, it looks pretty sweet and it's entirely possible that we could be playing as or as a character inspired by T.E. Lawrence, the British Army officer who was embedded the Bedouin tribespeople during World War I. Nothing's been confirmed on that, but the similarities look way too real to be anything else.
Battlefield 1 is released on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
