Although we're not all that concerned with football as such, it's nevertheless hilarious to think that a legitimate, real football team is accepting sponsorship from a mobile game that was popular a couple of years ago.
Yes, Angry Birds - remember that? - is now an official 'shoulder sponsor' of Everton FC's jersey. Just to make matters even more funny, Angry Birds is usually well-known for the large, red bird character in the game. So, that's a giant red bird on the shoulder of the Everton jersey.
