Amazingly, 2014 marks the 111th anniversary of the Galway St Patrick's Day Parade. This year's theme is The Sea, and the City of the Tribes' relationship with the ocean blue will be brought to life throughout its medieval streets over the course of the Parade.
Spectators can enjoy pipe bands, dance groups and performance artists who have come from all over the world to Galway and experience a parade that is widely regarded as one of the best in Ireland.
