PLANETLOVE, Northern Ireland's biggest annual electronic music event, returns with its 10th anniversary celebrations on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th September at Shane's Castle, Co. Antrim. Thousands of music fans from across Ireland and the UK eagerly anticipate this two-day event, complete with camping. The past nine years has seen no less than 720 DJs and artists play across 43 arenas in three different locations; the banks of Lough Neagh, Nutts Corner and Shane's Castle. Artists have played or performed around 7,000 tunes on 86 turntables, 50 CD decks, 48 mixers and an array of keyboards, synthesisers, laptops, fx machines, guitars, amps, microphones and headphones. This year PLANETLOVE are shipping in the largest mobile structure ever to be used in Northern Ireland - a massive 6,000 square metre arena to be used on both the Friday and Saturday night. Friday night sees Tiƫsto's In Search of Sunrise Tour while Saturday night sees PLANETLOVE the festival with over 100 DJs across nine arenas.
