The Ulster Hall will be filled with the iconic tones of the Belfast's most famous instrument, the Mulholland Grand Organ during this year’s Ireland-wide Pipeworks Festival, which visits Northern Ireland for the first time from 25 - 27 June and takes in two Ulster Hall concerts.

American virtuoso, Todd Wilson, presents a varied and exciting programme on Thursday, 26 June exploring the Mulholland Organ’s full range, with works by Bach, Widor, Dupré and Ives, alongside contemporary American composers, Mark Winges, Aaron Travers and David Conte.

The Pipeworks International Organ Competition Finals on Friday 27 June, sees the Ulster Orchestra, conducted by Paul Brough, join forces with the competition finalists to perform works by Haydn, Rheinberger, Guilmant, Poulenc and Leighton.

The 2014 Pipeworks Festival also includes a concert at St Peter’s Cathedral, Belfast - The Hilliard Ensemble with Colm Carey.
