The St. Patrick's Day Festival on 17 March attracted over 10,000 people last year. More than 65 entries saw 1500 people participated in the parade. It's a great day out for both young and old with musical groups and marching bands, sporting bodies, care groups, youth groups, emergency services, military, arts and performance groups, vintage displays and cultural and business communities, face painting, bucking bronco and more!
In addition to the parade the festival will run historical walks, live Irish music, set dancing workshops, rugby skills testing & street entertainment.
