We will dance again
Following the easing of Government restrictions, more tickets for the annual festival have been released to the public.
This year's 'Mother Block Party' might be a little bit different - but hey, it means we finally have somewhere to dance!
Kicking off at The National Museum of Ireland this Saturday, September 18, the fully standing event will be able to fit up to 75% of full capacity within the Collins Barracks, in line with new Government guidelines.
Originally releasing a number of tickets for what was then a fully seated event back in August (and which sold out in under two hours), this year's 'Mother Block Party' is now able to accommodate more people - and tickets are still available.
So, who's going to be making us gag with incredible performances on the day? Miss Panti Bliss will be taking over as the host of the festival, and she will be entertaining the crowd alongside 50+ other performers.
Denise Chaila, Elaine Mai and guests, 'Drag Race UK' star Blu Hydrangea and Mother DJs will be headlining the show, plus many more besides. All of this will take place across two stages, with bars, food stalls and plenty of seating available for patrons.
Everyone attending the event must show proof of immunity, vaccinated or recovered by using the EU Digital Covid Certificate.
The Mother team are so excited to welcome everyone back to their first live event and party in over 18 months, curating an exciting and dynamic queer Irish line-up not to be missed.
Tickets are priced at €45 plus booking fees and can be purchased via the Mother website (by clicking here).
