UCD Science Expression are delighted to welcome CinéGlobe – the international short film festival at CERN as presenting partners of this specially curated series of short fiction and documentary films that are inspired by science and technology in all of their myriad forms. CinéGlobe seeks to illuminate the many ways that inspiration, narrative, and experimentation punctuate both science and cinema.
In 2014, the CineGlobe festival will address the theme 'Beyond the Frontier,' exploring a world that will be fundamentally different than what we have known before. Both science and cinema do their best work at the frontier – that line across which few are willing to travel.
