Mark du Mosch is a DJ, producer and music-lover from Rotterdam in the Netherlands. He grew up in a family where music was always around him, his mother was a singer and his father had been a jazz musician for many years. Mark's brother was collecting records and listening to pirate radio stations in the early 80s, and this was something that really interested Mark, and it prompted him to start buying records too. Some years later, around 1989, Mark got into scratching records, followed by the art of mixing them, something he's been doing to this day. Mark du Mosch makes his Irish debut on Saturday January 30th @ Lunar Disko. The space-house master from Rotterdam will be treating us to a DJ set full of electronic goodness, from obscure disco and italo records to synth soundtracks, and straight up Chicago and Detroit pumpers to rock the Mezz room! Lunar Disko returns on a monthly basis this month, and begins the new year with a Lunar Disko Records Party in the Twisted Pepper on Saturday January 30th.
