Comedian James Goldsbury has just realised too late that he should be in Edinburgh doing gigs at the Comedy Festival so instead he's going to entertain the masses this way in the home of Irish comedy, The International Bar on Wicklow Street. The International was the very place where James began his comedy career back in 1998 with an opening gig at their "Comedy Cellar". Since then he was a runner-up in the BBC New Comedy Awards in Vicar St (1999) and joint Winner of RTE's New Comedy Awards in Vicar St (2000). James can be seen later in August in Channel 4's prestigious Comedy Lab series - the starting point for AliG, Peter Kay and Jimmy Carr. So come along and chuckle, guffaw even laugh at 5 nights of new material from Ireland's 3rd tallest comedian! He plays the International from August 18th to 22nd. Admission is €5 and doors open at 6.45pm.
