A number of acts on the festival line-up will perform DJ sets in city centre venues
With just over two weeks to go until Forbidden Fruit 2019, it's time to get into serious planning mode.
Not only does that mean scouring the line-up and planning who you're going to see from June 1st - 3rd, but also what you're going to do afterwards.
As always, once the music stops at the Royal Hospital, Kilmainham on Saturday and Sunday night, the party moves into the city centre with the Forbidden Fruit Night programme kicking off in various venues. Various acts from the line-up will perform DJ sets in intimate venues.
Saturday will see the likes of Mall Grab & Cromby playing The Button Factory, a Skepta Afterparty at Opium and Prospa & Long Island Sound at Wigwam. Sunday, meanwhile, will feature Joy Orbison at Tengu, Nightmares on Wax & Ross from Friends at Pygmalion and Kojaque at The Button Factory.
Sure, what else would you be doing? Going home? Drinking tea? Getting into bed? Come on.
By the way, you can only buy your Forbidden Fruit Night tickets at the festival site over the weekend, and after party tickets are only valid with Forbidden Fruit Festival Saturday, Sunday or Monday Day Ticket or Weekend Wristband. You'll need to show this to get in.
