A unique folk dance event that renders tribute to Native communities, their past, present and future; One of most impressive Carnival del pueblo London shows, Raices de Tungurahua will bring to stage the merging of European and Ecuadorian cultures through dance as well as the "folk old music" influence Colonial of Ecuador.
In a series of electrifying dance performances, Raices of Tungurahua will portray beliefs, legends and customs of the Ecuadorian people during this popular holiday and festival. This Latin award-winning performers bring their own mystery and colourful, for the first time to the spectacular surroundings of the Project Arts Centre and will be supported by Samba dancers and Capoeira, and special guest of the night Tania Ordaz from Venezuela performing romantic Boleros.
