A frenetic comedy of mistaken identity with more twists than a corkscrew.
When Jacqueline decides to visit her mother for a few days, her husband Bernard sees an opportunity for a cosy weekend with his new mistress. His bachelor pal Robert calls to announce his return from Hong Kong, so Bernard invites him along as his alibi, also hiring a Cordon Bleu-level cook to cater a delicious dinner. But when Jacqueline realizes Robert is coming for a visit everything changes, and the high speed farce begins! Directed by John McDwyer and featuring Longford’s own Eileen Murphy, Don’t Dress for Dinner carries a Beezneez cast iron guarantee of ‘A Good Night Out’.

Here’s what we think…
Nobody does summer farces better than Beezneez. Unadulterated, laugh-out-loud comedy just perfect for those bright summer evenings (perhaps I’m being a tad too optimistic about the “bright summer evenings” bit but sure you can’t blame a girl for dreaming!)
