The Bandon Music Festival has grown organically into one of Ireland's leading independent music events by attracting big name artists year after year. And 2014 is no exception! On Saturday, Mundy brings his uniquely upbeat brand of folk-based pop-rock to the main stage. With huge hits like July, Mexico and Galway Girl, alongside new material, Mundy and band promise a great evening's entertainment! He will be joined by the endearing simplicity of Dublin brothers Hudson Taylor. This up-and-coming duo's debut EP 'Battles' shot straight to number one on iTunes, with critics and fans alike hotly tipping them for greatness.

On Sunday, it's synthesizers at the ready as Bandon goes electro with Le Galaxie. Ireland's foremost electronic band promise to lift the mood and get you dancing like no other band can! This four-piece band have earned a five-star reputation for getting it right, time and again with recent ceiling-melting performances at the Electric Picnic and the Olympia. And they will be in great company as Kormac's Big Band also take to the main stage.

The Bandon Music Festival also includes a free festival music trail with live bands playing in participating venues throughout the town on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The festival is a community run not-for-profit event.
