Behold the MacDonner - a Big Mac (or the equivalent because ©) wrapped in doner kebab and then wrapped in batter and deep-fried. You're either drooling or retching, which are both valid responses.

This beast is he work of 53-year-old John Clarkson, who serves up this monster at 'Mister Eaters' fish and chip shop in Preston, Lancashire who decided that choosing between a burger and a kebab was too much for some and merged the two into the MacDoner.

Containing a whopping 2,000 calories and 16g of salt, the MacDoner is just another notch on Clarkson's bedpost of OTT fast food, having previously deep-fried mince pies, Cadbury Creme Eggs, Ferrero Rochers and more.

Talking to the Daily Star he said:

"Faced with the difficult choice of picking a burger or doner kebab for one's guilty pleasure, I decided to create the ultimate fast food treat and put the two together. With me running a chippy I thought it would be wrong not to see what it tasted like deep fried. Perhaps unsurprisingly, I think it's delicious. My wife and I tasted it and I think we're on to something. I always like to put a chippy spin on whatever I can to go one better than the last. It's fun being able to experiment with ideas so I have no plans on stopping."

You mightn't John, but your heart might.
