You have to hand it to Cut.com, they always give you something to watch that you didn't even know you wanted.
In celebration of America's national day of getting high, Cut found three ex-cops who hadn't smoked marijuana in years and got them to spark up in the name of science(ish) and entertainment. Watching people in their sixties and seventies shouldn't be as funny as this, but for some reason it is.
