This really does look like something out of a science fiction flick, but this is actually 100% real.
The video was taken in Argentina, and is pretty spectacular. Don't be surprised if Superman turns up in a few years in South America either.
Naturally enough there are conspiracy theorists everywhere freaking out. But this is merely a rock burning up as it enters the earth's atmosphere. Granted, a knarly one.
