Andrew Wilcox lost a bet over a game of basketball. The loser had to dance at a busy intersection for up to an hour with whatever music the winner decided was appropriate. It starts off with just the dude on his own but pretty soon, he gets a random bystander to join in and before long, there's a decent-size rave going.
