Someone call Mulder and Scully, there's a cloud on the loose.
Hector Garcia from North Philadelphia seems to think that aliens are now disguising themselves as clouds after he witnessed this 'cloud' behaving out of the ordinary as it passed by with 'flashing lights' and strange movements.
Now it looks like some bubble wrap catching the light or something like that to us, but if it is an alien, props for the camouflage.
