You know, some people are their own worst enemy.
This koala, for example, was trapped at the bottom of a 15ft mineshaft in the Victorian Goldfields when a group of students found him and put a dead tree down into the shaft to help him escape. And how does he repay their kindness and his own luck? By falling right back in.

In typical Aussie fashion, the koala refuses to be knocked down and comes right back up that branch and out to safety. Ain't nothing going to keep him down.
