No one has ever said 'You know, breasts are boring to look at. Someone needs to invent a way to jazz ‘em up.' Even so, someone went ahead and invented a way to jazz ‘em up! Titty Twirlers are basically like those little propeller beanies you see nerds wear in cartoons - but for your boobs. According to creator Jesse James Salucci, a slight breeze from a walk will make them twirl slowly, but they’ll spin really fast while biking or on a particularly windy day.
