Ever see John Carpenter's The Thing? The one with Kurt Russell's beard and the alien that looks like people?

This supposed crash-landed UFO in Antarctica is eerily similar to that. Except in The Thing, it was near the North Pole, not the South Pole - but the idea is the same. Basically, aliens in a very, very cold place.

Ufologists claim they've located a crash site of a UFO in the depths of the Antarctic Tundra, at coordinates 80°34’08.4″S 30°05’19.3″W - which you can pop into Google Maps and see for yourself.

Not bothered? Here's a screenshot with the crash site marked.

Can't see it? COMPUTER, ZOOM AND ENHANCE.

Obviously, when you look at it in the wider context of the surrounding areas, it's a little bit spooky. There's literally nothing but untouched snow for miles and miles, so to see something like this out on its own with no other markings or anything of the sort is a bit odd.

However, through computer imaging technology and advanced computer-type stuff, we've been able to determine what's down there in Antarctica.

Please, look away now if you're of weak constitution and unable to comprehend the existence of alien life.
