If, like us, you're been trying avoid US spoilers about the brand new series of Grey's Anatomy then you'll be only too delighted to know that Season 10 has FINALLY been given a European air date.

Yup, Mer, Der and the gang will be back for an exclusive and uninterrupted run on Sky Living HD from January 8th 2014. That means you'll be able to ease those January blues with a bit of much needed medical drama from your old friends at Seattle Grace.

Season 10 picks up where Season 9 left off as the gang struggle to cope in the aftermath of that devastating storm. A giant mudslide injures a group of first responders and citizens, causing the already shorthanded ER to spring into action. Meanwhile, Meredith is faced with a tough decision that will affect the life of a loved one, Callie is rocked by the reality of Arizona's infidelity, and Richard's life is in extreme danger.

And as if that wasn't enough angst for you of a Wednesday evening, with the team stretched and Richard MIA, Bailey  charges Shane with locating the former Chief who is, unbeknown to his friends, unconscious in the flooded hospital basement having been injured during the blackout. The situation escalates when Shane passes the buck and dispatches Heather to track down the missing medic, and it isn't long before the Grey Sloan Memorial team must pull together to try to save their own.

Sounds like one season opener you definitely won't want to miss. And sure if you don't have the foreign channels here's hoping RTE picks it up again quick sharp.
