If you fancy a weekend of surfing and music, you better get your skates on a get down to Bundoran in two weeks for Sea Session, because Cois Fharraige isn't happening this year *sniff, sniff, tear*.
As it grew later and later in the year, and details failed to surface for the country's premier surf and music festival, there was some concern as to its future. But the festival's organisers have assured festival goers that though Cois Fharriage will take a break for 2010, it will return to Kilkee in style in May 2011.
The organisers have also asked fans to tell them who you think should be on next year's line up and to give them any suggestions for improvements or any comments you may have on the festival. If you're just bursting with good ideas for Cois Fharriage, be sure to email them at [email protected].
So there you have it. Can't say we're not disappointed. We'll console ourselves with the rake of other top notch festivals line up for summer 2010.
