Following the announcement of their 'Reworked' tour, which takes stock of their early career, Snow Patrol will now reveal their first 'Best Of' compilation album.

The thirty track collection will be called 'Up To Now', and will feature tracks from all five of the band's albums, live performances, covers, rarities and three new songs. It will also feature tracks from The Reindeer Section, a supergroup that featured members of Gary Lightbody as well as members of Idlewilde, Belle & Sebastian, Teenage Fanclub and Arab Strap, and which will also feature on the 'Reworked' tour.

One of the three new songs, 'Just Say Yes', will serve as the band's next single, and is due for release on November 2nd, one week before the album itself.
'Up To Now' will be released as a double CD, three disc digipack with an additional DVD, and will also be available as a limited edition box set including three heavyweight LPs, two DVDs, a lithograph print by Bradley Quinn and an LP-sized booklet, the first 100 sold will be individually numbered and signed by the band.
