It's like 2009 all over again. That or I'm just getting older. Gary Coleman is the latest famous face to exit this realm.

TMZ reports: We've learned Gary's wife, Shannon, made the decision to pull life support early this AM. We're told Coleman died at 12:05 PM MST.  He died of a intracranial hemorrhage. Family members and close friends were at Coleman's side when life support was pulled. He was 42. As TMZ first reported, Coleman was rushed to a hospital in Utah after he fell and hurt his head. He was on life support since Thursday. A rep for Coleman released this statement: 'Thanks to everyone for their well wishing and support during this tragic time. Now that Gary has passed, we know he will be missed because of all the love and support shown in the past couple of days. Gary is now at peace and his memory will be kept in the hearts of those who were entertained by him throughout the years'."

The Sun plays homage by saying: "As a child, Coleman played wisecracking Arnold Willis in ratings winner Diff'rent Strokes, making him the highest-paid actor on TV. At its peak, he was earning $100,000 an episode. But when the show ended his work dried up, and he ended up being declared bankrupt in 1999. He later admitted twice trying to kill himself with sleeping pill overdoses."

He fared better than his co-star Dana Palto who played Kimberly Drummond. She died in 1999 after overdosing on prescription pain killers, which she became addicted to due to cocaine abuse. She was 35. We won't go into Todd Bridges, but at least he's got things back on track with a recurring role on Everybody Hates Chris...
