After the groans of annoyance that came from the masses after Die Hard 4.0 was released with a horribly watered down rating looks to be repeated, as Bruce Willis has announced whilst on promotion for his now movie, Cop Out, that he's already brainstorming ideas for a fifth film in the once mighty franchise.

He told MTV News, that he thinks the new film would "go global", while stating that he would hire helmer of the last film, Len Wiseman to once again take the reins. Wiseman hasn't directed another film since the Die Hard sequel, but he does have a few projects in development.

I quite enjoyed Die Hard 4, but it is still the weakest film in the franchise. Fox really blunted the edges by censoring John McClane in the last film, and the fanboys didn’t respond too well. Still, it did decent business hence this talk of a sequel.
