Dirty Projectors have been announced as another addition to the Oxegen line up. The Brooklyn group have received a slew of critical praise for their 2009 album Bitte Orca and with Domino Records set to release their follow up album Ascending Melody this year, it will be a big few months for Dave Longstreth and co. It will be interesting to see what part they play in the Oxegen line up this summer, when Dirty Projectors are the sort of band that would more likely be associated with Oxegen's rebellious younger cousin Electric Picnic.
