That Nicollette Sheridan is suing Desperate Housewives producer, Marc Cherry, for "assault and wrongful termination", to the tune of $20million... According to Digital Spy, in September 2008 "Sheridan had asked Cherry about a line in the script, and he 'took her aside and forcefully hit her with his hand across her face and head', the suit said. After she stormed off to her trailer, he came to 'beg forgiveness'... Sheridan argued that her role was one of the lead characters of the show, and was getting more airtime that season. Edie Britt is not featured in the show’s opening credits. Cherry and ABC retaliated against her by killing off her character in a car accident, the court document said"... Nicollette also alleges Cherry once told her: "I hope Teri Hatcher gets hit by a car and dies"... He could, essentially, make that happen... That Shakira broke her tooth on a microphone... doing what, exactly, we're not sure... That, when asked about one of her many elective procedures - a "back scoop" - Heidi Montag said: "I actually didn't know (she was getting something called a back scoop. Frightening). I might be the first one to try it. It carves out your back a little bit... I also had my waist cinched in on both sides. I'm very weird about hugging people now, [my body] is very fragile"... Not just your body, my dear...That, in this week's Heat Magazine, Alex Reid says: "I never wanted to get married"... That Jesse James decided to momentarily leave rehab (for his serious sex addiction) when Sandra Bullock didn't do an Elin Nordegren and join him for the ride, so to speak: "'He wants the marriage back,' the source said. 'And then she refused to take one of his calls from the rehab center and he got furious and left.' And that has Bullock worried - because she doesn't want to see him and she doesn't want him trying to get face-to-face. But Bullock has a top security company, the source said, and it would be very difficult for James to get near her if she doesn't want him around"... That Jesse has since readmitted himself to rehab... God loves a trier... That Lindsay Lohan fell on her hoop again over the weekend, this time when leaving an Xbox Party in LA... That Annie Leibovitz is being sued again: "In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Brunswick Capital Partners said it helped Leibovitz land her recent $40 million deal with Colony Capital - and claimed she now owes Brunswick up to $800,000 in fees"... That the two Welsh ones off the X Factor - Lucie Jones and Lloyd Daniels - are moving in together in London... That Lucie said: "I'm going to be like his mum. He definitely won't be able to bring any girls back (I can't see that being an issue) and he'll have to be home by 9pm whenever he goes out. He's like my little brother, I really look out for him. I love him so much and I'm thrilled we're moving in together"... Lloyd added: "There's no chance of me bringing lots of people back and wrecking the flat, I'm not really into all that. I just want to get a record deal, that's more important to me than partying"... That, according to TMZ: "Dr. Conrad Murray has made it clear - he will not take a plea bargain in the death of Michael Jackson. Sources say Dr. Murray is adamant... he did nothing wrong and will not plead to manslaughter or any lesser offense"... Murray is still in possession of his California medical license... That if you're wondering what Lenny has been at since he left Red FM, this should enlighten you...
