Jamie Foxx has joined the cast of video game adaptation Kane and Lynch, opposite Bruce Willis, who will also produce the project.
According to Variety, legendary stunt co-ordinator Simon Crane will make his directorial debut on the project about a violent thief, who is framed sent to prison, and then broken out by sociopathic former partner to steal a WMD. Willis will play the thief being blackmailed for the safety of his family, Foxx the nutcase partner.
I'm not really a gamer, but I gave this one a bash on a recommendation from a mate. It was compared to Heat, in terms of visuals, so hopefully that's the route Crane goes down. Jamie Foxx needs to start choosing his roles more carefully. He's garnering an Orlando Bloom level of hatred from some corners.
