It appears that Guns N' Roses are being sued for copyright infringement . It was a big boo boo for them to make, and if it's true, the lads were pretty darn stupid to think they would get away with it. A British record label called Independiente and a US division of Domino Records heard that on one of the songs on the album, Chinese Democracy, titled 'Raid N' The Bedouins', used portions of two songs from German electronic musician Ulrich Schnauss, without his permission. All those who have issued the lawsuit are looking for a whopping $1 million, which would roughly be €679,276.

Seen as the album had disappointing sales figures anyway, I don' think this will help their wallets in anyway.
