The ridiculously awesome Joseph Gordon Levitt has replaced James McAvoy in the Seth Rogen co-starring comedy drama, I'm With Cancer. McAvoy has apparently left the project due to "circumstances beyond his control." No idea what that means exactly, but Seth Rogen had this to say through ComingSoon.com:

"It's incredibly unfortunate that circumstances outside of everyone's control have taken James away from the project, but, with James's blessing, we were able to have Joseph step in to take on the role of Adam. We all look forward to working with James in the future."

The film is based on the life of its screenwriter, Will Reiser, who fought and beat the disease. Gordon Levitt will play the main role, with Rogen, who also produces, playing his chum.
