Snow Patrol, Richard Hawley, The XX and The Temper Trap are among the acts expected to perform intimate live sets at Dingle's St. James' Church as part of this year's Other Voices series.

The eclectic live music TV series is set to record its eighth series between Saturday December 5th and Wednesday 9th. Exact details of the individual performances are still under wraps, as due to the "nature of television recording, it will not be possible to announce each evening's line up until closer to the recordings."

All tickets are priced at €35 and will go on sale from tickets.ie on Monday November 23rd at 9am. Early booking is essential, with only 60 tickets per night available. Historically, each show has been an immediate sell out. Booking is limited to two tickets per person and a maximum of two nights per person.

This year's series will be presented by BBC Radio 1 DJ Annie Mac, who divides her time between numerous BBC radio shows, live festival broadcasts, TV presenting and club DJing in the UK. Other Voices is produced by South Wind Blows and will be broadcast on RTÉ Two in early 2010.
