Guitar legend Eric Clapton is set to release his 19th studio album this September. The simply titled 'Clapton' is the former Cream frontman's first album in five years, since 2005's 'Back Home'.

Co-produced by frequent collaborator Doyle Bramhall II, he 14 track record was and features a guest appearances from Sheryl Crow as well as Steve Winwood, Wynton Marsalis, Allen Toussaint and Derek Trucks.

Clapton said of the new album, "It's actually better than it was meant to be because, in a way, I just let it happen. It's an eclectic collection of songs that weren't really on the map-and I like it so much because if it's a surprise to the fans, that's only because it's a surprise to me, as well."

'Clapton' is due for release on September 24th. The track list is below.
