One of my favourite directors, Michael Mann, is to helm a biopic of the legendary war photographer, Robert Capa. Capa was born in Hungry and spent the best years of his life photographing atrocities during the likes of World War II and the Spanish Civil War - the latter of which will provide the bulk of the setting for Mann's film. Jez Butterworth, a British writer/director who just penned the Doug Liman movie Fair Game, will provide the words from which Mann will shoot in a highly stylised, but contextually relevant manner. Mann last directed Public Enemies, and is also responsible for modern classics, Heat and The Insider.
