Halle Berry and her former partner Gabriel Aubry, have reportedly been considering their legal options regarding custody of their daughter Nahla. The couple split last month and now, Ms Berry is due to spend three months in South Africa filming a new movie and wanted her daughter to travel with her. This in turn prompted Aubry to explore what legal avenues he could pursue regarding permanent custody.

According to a source, Radar Online says; "It’s been pretty difficult for Gabriel to see Nahla the last few weeks. He’s really getting sick of it and it’s getting to the point where he is seriously considering his options regarding pursuing permanent custody. He refuses to give up rights to his daughter. He loves her more than anything and is determined to be a regular, full-time fixture in her life."

It does seem though that in the interim, Halle and Gabriel will share a house for the three months in South Africa. Said source continued, "Basically Halle is going to pay Gabriel to be a kind of full-time nanny and to come to South Africa for the three months she’s there, and to be Nahla’s full-time caregiver."
