Former Arrested Development star Will Arnett has just signed on to a brand new Netlfix original show called Flaked, an eight episode comedy series that is set to premiere exclusively across all Netflix territories in 2016.

Arnett is currently already working with the internet TV network alongside Aaron Paul in animated series Bojack Horseman, however we will get to see the real life version of the actor in this new show.

Netflix has described the series as; "Set in the insular world of Venice, California, Flaked is the serio-comic story of a self-appointed "guru" who falls for the object of his best friend's fascination. Soon the tangled web of half-truths and semi-bullshit that underpins his all-important image and sobriety begins to unravel. Arnett plays Chip, a man doing his honest best to stay one step ahead of his own lies."

The actor actually co-created and co-wrote the series alongside Mark Chappell and both will serve as executive producers. While Ben Silverman (Founder and Chairman of Electus), Peter Principato and Mitch Hurwitz (Arrested Development) also serve as executive producers on the show.

Arnett has said; "We're very excited to partner with Netflix-- the home of original, original content -- and the network I knew would be the ideal home for this passion project."

"We are thrilled to be the home of Will Arnett’s next series, and look forward to Chip joining his repertoire alongside such diverse and inspirational characters such as Gob, Bojack, and Batman ” said Cindy Holland, Vice President of Original Content at Netflix.

He recently starred in the blockbuster films Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and The Lego Movie, but we personally can't wait to see Arnett back on the small screen again. Hopefully he will provide as many classic one-liners as this guy...
