Last night's Britain's Got Talent saw Simon Cowell back on form as the villain of the reality TV show.

From the get-go, it was clear that Cowell wasn't being won over by the Northern charms of one DJ John.

The Geordie's act was, admittedly, utterly bizarre. It basically saw him dancing around the stage to some hard-house techno.

Take a look.

Think it's safe to say John won't be entertaining Queen Elizabeth II, despite making it through to the next round.

It's fairly safe to assume that they're really just using the whole Royal Variety Show thing as a kind of a loose excuse, right?

Nobody ACTUALLY thinks the Queen of England's going to be into Scooter or Scatman John or 90's techno, right? RIGHT?

The real star of last night's show was, in our opinion, UDI - a dance troupe from Eastern Europe.
