Move over Ryan O'Shaughnessy, there's a new Irish Britain's Got Talent success story in town. Navan teens Jack Duff and Cormac Connell have sailed through to the competition's live semi-finals.
The 13 and 14-year-olds from Meath created quite the stir during the fifth audition show, wowing the judges with their own rendition of the Of Monsters and Men smash hit 'Little Talks' (If you missed their brilliant performance be sure to catch it just below). In tonight's final audition show it was up to judges Simon Cowell, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden to whittle the acts down to just 45 after saying yes to far too many (which is of course intentional - it makes telly after all), and the lads made the final cut.
The pair will now join other popular contestants, including impressionist Francine Lewis, comedian Jack Carroll and singer Robbie Kennedy, for a week of live shows. As always, the public vote will determine who makes it all the way through to the final, and ultimately the Royal Variety Performance. We'll let you know which semi-final the boys are appearing in as soon as we get the information ourselves.
