The gang who bring us Sherlock rocked up to San Diego Comic Con this week to talk all about that much anticipated Third Season, but two of the show's stars were absent, so they ended up sending some pretty interesting video messages instead.
Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman were both otherwise engaged, but they did take time our to send some rather special video messages to fans who attended the panel with co-creator Mark Gatiss and co. Benedict, who was in a particularly giving mood, even revealed the secret behind the Reichenbach Fall. We suggest you check it out below, as the whole thing is rather amusing.
SPOILER ALERT: If you don't fancy knowing what happens in Season 3 we suggest you look away now, because one pretty exciting cat was let out of the bag in California. It's the worst kept secret in history, given that it happens in the books, the films, and yes, the rebooted Sherlock Holmes franchise anyway, but we don't want to spoil it for you.
Wedding bells will be ringing this season for one John Watson, and he wants Sherlock to be his best man. We don't know about you, but we're looking forward to seeing how Cumberbatch handles this one...
