*Minor potential spoiler ahead*

Sweet jaysus, some of you internet sleuths out there are wasting your talents on forums. There is some serious detective work going on to attempt to get any kind of details on the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones, and one fan, in particular, we take our hats off to.

Carice van Houten, who plays Melisandre, recently posted a video on Instagram of her driving at night. No biggie, right?

Well, the video has since been deleted but not before one eagle-eyed Reddit user took note that not only was the car driving on the left-hand side, placing her in the UK/Ireland, but they also noticed a passing sign which, after what must have been a great deal of time on Google Earth, was worked out to be "on the A1 near Dromore, driving southwards from Belfast."

The Reddit user then pointed out that just six miles down the road is Linen Mill Studios in Corbet-Banbridge, where the Game of Thrones production has filmed scenes at locations as diverse as Riverrun, Winterfell, the battle at Casterly Rock and most ship scenes over the last season.

To be honest, we had already assumed we hadn't seen the last of Melisandre, after all, she did tell Varys that she would return to Westeros one last time because, "I have to die in this strange country, just like you".

Still though, got to admire the detective work, even though it's bordering on the creepy side.
