Yes, it's the full two minute clip fans were shown at Comic-Con (some photos from Comic-Con for your perusal here) this weekend in front of a standing room only crowd.
It shows Dexter plunge a knife into Travis' chest while he has him clingfilmed naked to a church altar - much like everyone saw at the end of Season 6.
Those of you who saw that, will know this was all being witnessed by Deb… In this clip, he does an OK job trying to convince his sister that he simply snapped, what with him still being caught up over the whole Rita business, but she naturally feels obliged to call for back up regardless - you know, 'cause the recently deceased is strapped naked to an altar 'n all - with a knife sticking out of his chest.
Dexter, as you can imagine, isn't too keen on his sister's idea… Don't worry, the cursing has been bleeped for sensitive ears.
Season 7 of Dexter airs on Showtime stateside on September 30th at 9pm ET/PT, followed by season two of Homeland at 10 p.m. ET/PT. As ever, it will air on FX UK at some point after.
