A.P. Bio, a new scripted comedy executive produced by Seth Myers and starring Glenn Howerton was been picked up for a full series order.

The half hour comedy, which also stars Patton Oswalt, sees Howeton play a philosophy scholar who loses out on his dream job and goes to work as a high school Advanced Placement biology teacher. At his new job, he makes it clear he will not be teaching any biology. Realizing he has a room full of honor roll students at his disposal, he instead decides to use the students to his own benefit.

Lorne Michaels will also serve alongside Myers as an executive producer, while SNL alum Mike O'Brien who will write and executive produce the series.

What the full series order will mean for Howerton's involvement with It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia remains to be seen. The show was recently renewed for two more seasons. Kaitlin Olson recently pulled double duty by also starring in her own sitcom, The Mick, while Danny DeVito has signed on for an Amazon comedy with Jeff Goldblum.

So perhaps Howerton will be moonlighting too?
