The 40th Ryder Cup is only days away when Europe will defend their title against America for a weekend golf showdown between the most talented men in the sport. Paul McGinley will captain the European side comprising of the likes of world number one Rory McIlroy, Graeme McDowell and Spain's Sergio Garcia while Tom Watson will be heading up the American side which will include Phil Mickelson, Keegan Bradley and Jim Furyk.

Europe are clear favourites to triumph however having won five of the last six Ryder Cups and come on, they have McIlroy for crying out loud, who is collecting Majors like they are going out of fashion these days.

Paul Azinger, the only winning US captain of this century, has even advised Tom Watson to 'find and break Rory McIlroy' and to go all William Wallace on his ass'. Them's fightin' words! But we all know what happened to William Wallace...

All the action will take place at the Gleneagles in Scotland starting this Friday September 26th and we have all you need to know about when and where you can watch it this weekend.
