The X Factor kicks off this Saturday so for the week that's in it we've decided to dedicate our entire TV podcast to all things X Factor. Simon Cowell has promised to mix things up a huge amount this season so The Guide looks at some of the biggest changes to the show, including new judges, new hosts, and even a new voice-over guy.
