Last time we saw Stacey Slater she was leaving Albert Square on a jet plane with her babba after pushing Ryan away and being framed for stabbing Janine. Now, her real life alter ego Lacey Turner is back in action and looking rather blonde if we do say so ourselves.

Lacey's starring in Our Girl, a brand new 90 minute one off drama from the BBC. She'll be playing a young teenage tearaway (not typecast at all) named Molly Dawes. This young madame is a bit of a binge drinker and ends up joining the Royal Army Medical Corps after throwing up in the doorway of a recruitment office on her 18th birthday. Well, that's one way to tell them all they need to know about you in 100 words or less....

Turner's delighted with the programme which is due to air in March on BBC One. "I am so excited to be a part of Our Girl," she said. "It is a beautifully written drama of one girl's journey through life. Molly is such an interesting character who shows such strength and determination. She's a girl who you cannot help but love."

Doesn't sound too far off our Stace if you ask me...
