The streaming site’s quest for world domination continues.

Millarworld was founded by former Marvel writer Mark Millar in 2004 and is responsible for comics like Reborn, Empress and Jupiter’s Circle and movie titles such as Kick Ass 1 and 2 and Kingsman: Secret Service.

The Millarworld movie franchises have earned nearly $1 billion to date worldwide.

Netflix has embarked on a spending spree recently in a bid to acquire original material and attract new viewers and said in a statement that they were looking forward to bringing Millarworld’s characters and franchises "to life through films, series and kids’ shows available exclusively to Netflix members globally."

Mark Millar said he was ‘still blinking’ from the deal and described it as ‘the best thing to happen in our professional lives.’

Fairplay to him.
