Meet Ryan Dolan. We're sending him to Eurovision...
So, lads, you voted in your, errr, numbers, and picked this young fella from Strabane to represent Ireland in the Eurovision. We still think he's the absolute head off Fat Boy from EastEnders. Mentored by the team who brought us Jedward and THAT water feature, Ryan pipped 18-year-old Aimee Fitzpatrick at the post to walk away with the, err, golden ticket.
So, there you have it! Now all he has to do is get out of those dreaded semi-finals... and go up against the likes of Cascada, whom Germany are sending by the way. Ah sure, at least he's got Jedward's backing singers to give him a bit of a boost...
